You, I and basically everyone I know needed an afternoon nap at least one in their life due to that drowsiness comes to us every afternoon after lunch. And you can get rid of it just in 20 minutes if you use 'the power nap" correctly.
When you feel like you’re dragging, go ahead a take a short nap. But this nap should not take more than 20 minutes. It's 20 minutes max, and no more. You might feel it's impossible to even fall asleep in 20 minutes. In the first few days, you might not fall asleep right away, but once you try this for about a week, you will be able to fall asleep quickly and get up at the right time.
But you always have to keep an alarm on your phone, just to make sure you wake up at right time. This little nap doesn’t just recharge your batteries, it can improve your memory, alertness, and creativity.
But you have to sleep only for 20 minutes, since if you sleep more than 30 minutes it may bring bad health outcomes in long term.
